Silas' Latest Moments

To say the least, Silas is busy ALL the time! These are some pictures of his latest things. I left him with the can of stars and went in the kitchen to do the dishes...all the sudden I hear some pouring and this is what I found:

His new obsession is with ELMO. He could watch Elmo back-to-back all day long if we would let him. He will sit there on the lovesac and eat his pop-pop (popcorn) and be zoned into Melmo.

We have been watching home movies lately and Silas loves to see himself on the TV. He will point to it, plug in the cords, and say "Si-Si, Si-Si" until we put him on the TV.

He has this little piano that he turns upside down and sticks his crayons in the holes. Then he holds it up, says "Happy!", blows, and claps his hands "Yay!" I guess he is practicing for his birthday.

We bought a washer and dryer (LOVE THEM!!!!) and Silas loves to play in them too.

Besides trying to keep up with Silas, we are just getting ready for baby brother to come. Yesterday we painted a dresser for their room (picture to come). I also bought some crafts to keep me busy and am hoping to get them done before the baby comes...we'll see!

Some New Pics

Here are some pictures of our fun Valentine's Day and some other pictures of Silas. That evening we went to an adult dinner and dance at our old Stake with my family. It was fun to use what had learned in our social dance class and to actually get a work out (believe me, the baby and I sure got a workout!) Tyrel teased me that if I were any further along, we'd have had our baby that night.

Silas does this new thing where he makes this weird face everytime we are going to take his picture, it is hilarious!

We had our traditional Valentine's picnic in the front room of banana pancakes, sausage, fruit, and conversation hearts. While I was getting the food ready, Tyrel was stretching and Silas decided to join him...he sure is a DADDY'S BOY!

He also has taken up shaving. Whenever he hears the electric razor, he comes running saying, "Shave shave".

For Valentine's Day we got Silas the Children's Songbook CDS.

And in the couch there is a little hole that is his stash. He drops his treaures (our keys, cell phones, goldfish crackers, balls, etc.) down the hole, so we dropped a package of M&M's (one of his favorite things in life!) down the hole.
